YOU DON’T NEED TO HAVE ALL THE ANSWERS
You might know what’s weighing on you. Or you might just know that something doesn’t feel right. We can start there.
Anxiety, low mood, trauma, burnout, OCD, or the feeling that you’re carrying too much.
Cultural shock, missing family, or finding your footing across language and cultural barriers.
Relationships, grief and loss, self-esteem, or wanting a kinder relationship with your body.
HOW WE’LL WORK TOGETHER
You’re a whole person, with a story that’s yours. Therapy should make space for that.
Let’s find your starting pointA warm, collaborative space where you can speak openly and feel listened to, without judgment.
I draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to understand your experience and help you move towards what matters.
We’ll work towards personally meaningful steps, with an approach adapted to your age, circumstances, and needs.
THE PERSON BEHIND THE PRACTICE
Curious about people. Committed to understanding you.
My path to psychology hasn’t been a straight line. And that’s part of what shapes the way I work.
I graduated with a double major in Psychology and Advertising at The Pennsylvania State University and then worked in marketing before returning to what felt most meaningful: helping people understand themselves and navigate change.
I completed my Master’s in General Health Psychology at the Universidad de Navarra, with a mention in Systemic Family Therapy, and continued my clinical training at Luria Psicología for over three years. I work with adults, teens, and children using ACT, DBT, and mindfulness-based approaches.
I’m especially interested in supporting people who have moved to Spain and feel caught between places—adjusting to a new culture, missing family and feeling homesick, or navigating language and cultural barriers.
A Google specialization in UX Design adds another perspective to my work: curiosity about how people experience the world, and the importance of putting their needs first.
I offer therapy in English, Spanish, and Catalan, so you can express yourself in the language that feels most like you.
